As we expand our team, we're in search of an experienced Business Development Representative to join us. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media outreach.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.

  • Present the company's services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their specific needs.

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation to conversion, and prioritizing follow-up activities accordingly.

  • Work closely with sales teams to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a business development representative or in a similar role in the IT industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
