As we expand our team, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee client acquisitions, relationship management, and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables
Identifying project dependencies and critical path items, and managing resources accordingly
Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating updates to stakeholders
Managing project risks and developing contingency plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Facilitating meetings and managing project documentation
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end development projects, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies, with the ability to review and assess code quality.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to deliver successful software projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate and resolve challenges that may arise during project development.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
Minimum 5years experience in IT industry
